Golden Lions Display Format
(1) The initial customer enquiry via:
(a) E-Mail – goldenlions@hotmail.co.uk
(b) Telephone – 0131 310 5521
(c) Website.
(2) Customer to complete an event booking form.
(3) The Team will then contact the customer via telephone to discuss the following:
(a) The date and time required for the display.
(b) Prices. £250 Non-Refunable Deposit and £600 on completion of Display total cost being £850.
(c) And any other additional info that may be required.
(4) Arrange a suitable time and date to carry out an on site check of the intended display arena.
(5) Once the on site check has been carried out and everything is ok the main contract will be sent to the customer via recorded delivery.
(6) Once the customer receives the contract they have to complete the relevant paper work and have the relevant authorities fill in their parts and then return the contract to the Golden Lions complete, along with any relevant paperwork and the deposit before the display can take place.
(7) The team then checks contract and once the team are happy that every thing is there and complete then the display confirmation will be sent out.
(8) Display day procedure:
(a) Approximately 2hrs before the intended display time the DZ party will arrive on site.
(b) Approximately an hour before, depending on flight time the DZ commander will inform the event organiser of what’s happening:
(1) If it is going ahead.
(2) If they will fly and try.
(3) If it is cancelled.
(c) If all is good the display will then take place with a member of the DZ party giving a full running commentary of the display.
(d) Once the display is completed the team will then be happy to have a meet and greet with the crowd at a pre-designated area where they will also pack their parachutes weather depending.
(e) Once all is completed the team will then leave the event.
(9) Once the display has been completed then this is when the remainder of the balance of the display cost has to be paid.
